“Hi Michael,
Walter and I were very glad we delayed our vacation to
take part in the special service. It really was a most
wonderful morning, and our Canadian visitors really enjoyed
it also. We just got back this afternoon, and I am trying
to get caught up on email. -- Judy”
"Michael
Gibson + orchestra + extras,
Today's music at PCLG was fabulous. Thanks so much to everyone
involved. -- Joyce Byers"
"Michael,
I find I am still being affected by the Saint Saens piece
of this morning. I found it extremely moving. The composition
is marvelous and its execution, need I say , no less so.
Thank you for getting it all together. I have never been
so impressed with SVS as today . If I were a musician,
I suppose I could tell you why. -- Roger"
"BTW,
the music yesterday was truly fabulous. It was a great
pleasure and honor to be part of such a wonderful program.
Thank you. Regards -- Howard"

a really nice phone message from Shirley Harned-Kelley — we
know it is good when she likes it... (:-)
"...the music was georgous this morning. You really
outdid yourself, I really liked what you did with it, I
liked the whole thing. Roger thought it was great too.
I appreciate all the hard work you put into it. I want
to say thank you for everything, and I really enjoyed being
a part of it."
Dear
Michael,
Thanks you for all your effort
toward the Church musical program yesterday. I have heard
nothing but praise. I am assuming that you spent some of
your own money either on musicians or other items for the
performance. You can use this to cover any of those costs,
since I believe that a musical programs such as that are
extremely important to the Church. if you had no expenses
then put it in the SVS fund.
Maybe a little
glitch here and there, but I thought the whole program
was outstanding. My neighbor is a former choir director
at the Church (Margaret A. Kirk - name added after discovery
and was not in original letter) from many years ago and
she thought it was outstanding too.
Thanks for
your efforts. -- Bart
