• GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PRAYERS: Sheila Norton thanks everyone for their prayers, love and support during her illness and surgery. Also, she wants to thank you for your prayers for the Nortons’ daughter, Suzie Norton Allen who on Friday, February12, was told that she “is cured of cancer”!
• ADULT EDUCATION
• Drop-In Bible Study, currently studying the book of the Revelation to John, meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in the Fireside Room. You are always welcome.
• MINOW (Men In Need Of Wisdom): Please consider joining the Men’s Bible Study on Wednesday Mornings at 6:30 a.m. in the Fireside Room. Drop-in attendance is fine. They are currently in Acts following Paul in his incredible missionary journeys.
• PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN will welcome the Reverend Doctor Kim Englman as guest speaker at the March 4 meeting starting at 11:00. It will be followed by a catered lucheon ($6.00). Reservations must be made to Circle Leaders or to the Church office by Monday, March 1. Anyone is welcome to attend, but reservations are needed for the luncheon. Kim currently is the head pastor of West Valley Presbyterian Church. She previously was at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church where she served as Pastor for Caring Ministries from 2001 to 2008. She is the author of seven books and is a sought-after speaker for local conferences and retreats. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Barnard College, a Masters in Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ministry from Boston University. She was ordained as a Presbyterian minister in 1985. Kim will be sharing with us her amazing spiritual journey.
