Children's Ministries Mission Projects

October - Emmaus House

Their mission at Emmaus House, in San Benito County, is to provide a safe harbor for women and their children seeking immediate relief from a threatening situation. In a secure and child-friendly environment, trained and nurturing staff supoorts and assists a woman with her immediate concerns for safety, shelter, food and clothing. You can help by donating items they most frequently need: gently used towels and flatware, new pillows, new boys socks, new pajamas for women.

December - Heifer Project

Many thanks to all who contributed to the Heifer Project! As a church, we raised $2,700 with which to buy animals for families in developing countries. Childrens Ministries contributed around $900 of that total. You all ar wonderful!

February - Mexico Mission Trip

Our Senior High youth and other members of the congregation look foward to their annual trip to Mexico to help build houses. We will support their trip through direct donations and attending their delicious pancake breakfast.

March - The Pajama Program

The Pajama Program is a nonprofit organization that provides warm pajamas and books to needy children, many of whom are waiting and hoping to be adopted. Again this year, we will be collecting NEW pajamas and bedtime story books.
