A community of faith, hope, and love

We are a community of faith, hope and love that centers around Jesus Christ and seeks to live out the adventure of life together with God. On this website you will find information about the mission and ministry of our church and I look forward to greeting you personally sometime soon. I invite you to join us in worship on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. and to discover ways to grow in Christian faith and service with us.

Meet the staff and leadership

Welcome to PCLG

PCLG is part of the Presbyterian Church (USA), the largest Presbyterian denomination in the U.S. and part of the Reformed tradition. We are welcoming of all people who wish to join us as we gather in God's name every Sunday morning at 10 a.m. both in person in our Sanctuary and online on Facebook and YouTube. If you haven't been to our church before, you'll find a welcome table in front of the Sanctuary where you can get a name tag and ask any questions you may have. As you walk through our doors, be prepared to receive a smile and a handshake.

    Children's Ministries

    Christian education and encouragement for children and families, Sunday by Sunday

    Youth Ministries

    Sunday nights, retreats, service, and adventures where students can belong and grow a faith of their own

  • A large FRAT college group gathered together in a living room.

    College Ministries

    FRAT (Friends, Religion, And Theology) holds a community together for students as they travel near and far for school. Bible study, hanging out, and every so often cooking something good together.

    Music Ministries

    Our members vary in age and in what they love, and so does the music on a Sunday morning. Whatever your instrument and whatever your age, there is a place for you.

    Fellowship

    A potluck dinner, getting fit, a good book, or simply making friends. Much of what church life here actually feels like, week to week, happens in these groups.

Growing FootPrints

Growing FootPrints welcomes children from eighteen months through the year before first grade, with preschool mornings and extended care.

Members cook at Martha's Kitchen, sew for Sophia's Layette, support Helping Hands for South Sudan, and build alongside Amor Ministries in Mexico.

Empowered by the love and grace of God made known in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit we:

  • Provide a place to worship and grow in our faith through Scripture and Prayer;
  • Reach out to all people, ministering to their needs and inviting them into an active relationship with Jesus Christ;
  • Celebrate the fullness and variety of gifts given by God to each individual and this congregation;
  • Nurture and encourage one another in our journeys to become more like Christ;
  • Equip one another for effective service to God in the church and the world;
  • Pass on to successive generations the Word of God through education and example, so that we may demonstrate our discipleship in all aspects of daily life.
