As a church, we join in lament over the loss of life of our Black siblings, and the ongoing realities of racial injustice in our country. In these days, we seek to have our eyes and ears open to the hard truths that are on display. We join our voices with calls for true transformation.

As Chrisitans, we know that all people are made precious and in the image of God. As followers of Jesus, we hear his words, “whatever you did to the least of these, you did it to me.” As a church, we seek to live out our high calling in Christ to especially care for, listen to, seek out, and love those who are hurting, wounded or in need. In these days, we especially lift up our Black siblings, to affirm that their lives matter, and to seek to be part of bringing more light, love, and justice to our world.

We do this work imperfectly and inconsistently, and yet, led by our faith in Jesus Christ, we seek to be bold to pray, speak and work for justice.

We have been given a list of resources for all who need a starting point, a next step, or another point of view to take on this topic. We have included that list on our website, and you can find it at the link below.

The realities of racial injustice have always been with us, but are becoming more and more known and acknowledged. Please join us in prayer and action.

As county and state health officials continue to shift and change their recommendations, PCLG’s campus will slowly be opened to some in-person meetings for small groups. To reserve a space (currently only outdoor spaces and music lessons in the sanctuary are available) for your church group, please contact Lisa in the church office. Please consider whether an in-person meeting is necessary for your group, and whether it is inclusive of all who would want to attend. Restrooms and kitchen facilities are not available at this time.
As a church family, we seek to find new ways to connect with one another in these strange times.
Worship services will continue to be online-only for now.

Pastor’s Welcome

Welcome to the Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos! We are a community of faith, hope and love that centers around Jesus Christ and seeks to live out the adventure of life together with God. On this website you will find information about the mission and ministry of our church and I look forward to greeting you personally sometime soon. I invite you to join us in worship on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. and to discover ways to grow in Christian faith and service with us.
